Do you Ship Internationally ?

Yes, we ship our products to most countries in coordination with our shipping partners. You can see the list of countries in the checkout page.  The price of shipping depends on what you order and where it’s going.

If you’d like to have your order shipped to a country that is not on our list, hit us up at  and we will look into it for you.

We do not offer the option of pre-paying for duties and taxes in your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for duties and taxes once the order is delivered

Questions should be submitted only via the Contact Page on the website. Information regarding this will be updated regularly on the website and will include answers to all questions that have been submitted to the website. It is therefore strongly recommended to regularly consult the website.

How do I track my order ?

You are provided with an option to Track your orders within the website To track your orders please enter your Order ID in the box provided and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
The Tracking details will be available in Website normally within 1-2 days after Payment date. We will also send you the Invoice (PDF) to your registered billing email id with the Tracking details included.

How can I cancel or change my order ?

If you have immediately decided to cancel or change your orders, visit the Order section in “My Account” and click “Cancel”

Note: However if the order has been dispatched (normally within 1 – 2 days), you can’t modify it anymore, since we are unable to cancel any orders after shipment.

How can I return a product

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,we’re here to help.There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order.

In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same. Email:

1) Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
2) The Damaged/Defective/Wrong item and package to be photographed clearly and reported with photo for claim within 24 hrs of receipt.
3) Products/Items should be UNUSED.
4) Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original manuals, labels and invoices etc..
5) It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
NB: Kindly note that all our products will be dispatched with Invoice sent to your registered billing email id
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Once we receive your item, either for refund or exchange,we will inspect it thoroughly and notify you that we have received your returneditem.We will also immediately notify you on the status of your refund/exchange afterinspecting the item.For any damage incurred during return shipping, the equivalent amount for repairs will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Green Allianz Solutions.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
1) Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 30 days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
2) Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
3)For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.

You will be entirely responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you accept anexchange,the cost of new shipping charges to be paid in full to our bank account initially, by the customer. Payment can be done via TT/Western Union/PayPal /NEFT/IMPS etc. to our Bank Account as mentioned in our Website.

How long will it take to get my package ?

It takes 1-2 business days for processing, Normally7-10 business days to receive your product (domestic), and International shipping takes a minimum of 15 business days.

What Shipping methods are available ?

We normally use EMS Speed Post for all our consignments (Domestic/International). (Ground services – up to Collection Point, then Air – between Cities, then Ground – up to Delivery Location) However, if you prefer other Shipping Methods for Bulk Purchases or for any other particular reason, contact us directly and we will provide you specialized quotes.

Do you provide any warranty ?

All of our products will be Tested OK, immediately upon receipt of confirmed order and prior to Dispatch –  within 1-2 days.

Unless otherwise specified , we normally do not provide any warranty regarding goods and/or services sold via . However, we do clearly provide a Return Policy for any of our listed products , as mentioned above.
